Adam Kubert is an American comic book artist and part of the famous Kubert family of comic book creators, including his father, Joe Kubert, and his brother, Andy Kubert. He studied at the Rochester Institute of Technology and later at The Kubert School, founded by his father, where he also served as an instructor throughout his career. 

He began his career in comics lettering at the age of 12 on various DC Comics titles. Over the span of decades, Adam has worked on hit titles such as: X-Men, Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk, Avengers, Spider-Man, Superman, Ghost Rider and almost all Marvel titles in some form.  He is best known for his iconic runs on Marvel's hit series Wolverine.

Throughout his career, Kubert has received numerous awards and nominations, including an Eisner Award for his inking duties on the Dark Horse-DC Comics Batman vs. Predator crossover in the early 1990s. 

Today, Adam Kubert continues to be a prominent figure in the comic book industry, and his distinctive style and skill as an artist have made him a favorite among fans and peers alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do commissions? And what are your prices?

Adam is not taking any commissions right now due to his work schedule. He will be doing a limited number of headshots on 5” x 7” bristol at conventions as either part of a list or a fan experience package. These are usually priced below $500 to keep them affordable for most. Check out EVENTS to see which shows he will be attending.

Would you do my podcast? Or an interview?

Due to his schedule, Adam can only do a limited number of interviews and events. If you would like to be considered, please share a link to your publication and/or channel along with a brief explanation of discussion points. If Adam has an opening, we will reach out.

Can I buy artwork from you? 

Adam sells a limited amount of his work through Heritage Auctions and Comic Art Fans (you can follow them on YouTube for announcements). He has no plans to sell his art directly through his site. He does bring some originals to sell at conventions he attends. Please check out EVENTS to see which shows he will be attending.
